I have this problem ...
I have this problem with my 1992 DeVille. I can't get the rust off of them for the life of me. I've spent many hours scrubbing and cleaning them with just about every wheel cleaner from walmart lol. My car has 43k miles but the problem with that is that it's been sitting for along time before i purchased it. That stuff is really baked on? there good. Please recommend a acid based all purpose cleaner I could use to help me remove this rust and old grime? Thanks Kyle.
